Interactive stories and action songs for toddlers from 18 months to 3 years old
Thursdays at 12pm
Simple fingerplays, songs and stories for babies up to 18 months
Thursdays at 4pm
Stories and craft activities for preschoolers ages 3 years – 5 years
Seven Mondays at 4pm: 11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 11/28, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19
For children in grades K-3
Create cool pixelated art with all sorts of different colored perler beads
Kids Art Studio
Six Tuesdays at 5pm: 11/15, 11/22, 11/29, 12/6, 12/13, 12/20
For children in grades 4-5
Learn the basics of landscape drawing and acrylic painting.
The multi-session program will end with your final masterpiece.
Kids Art Table
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 4-6pm and Saturday: 11-1pm
Stop by anytime to do a self-guided craft at the art table in the children’s room.

Create amazing structures out of Keva planks to expand your imagination and challenge your engineering skills.

S.T.E.M. Activity Kits ~ Grades K – 8
New Milford Public Library provides twelve S.T.E.M. Activity Kits for grades K-8. These kits are an excellent resource to engage in S.T.E.M. activities at home with related books. Each kit focuses on a theme and contains:
1. Explorative, hands-on materials
2. A discovery sheet for recording what you designed, observed, and learned
3. A nonfiction book aligned with the theme
